Custard Question.
I have never made proper custard before, only having used the standard powder. Over recent years I have changed to buying pre-made custard like the Birds Devon type. It is really nice, comes out of the microwave perfect everytime and evryone likes it.
The question I have is should I continue to buy it or does anyone think I can make it better myself? maybe one of the chefs knows a few secrets which would allow me to have the perfect home made custard?
