Vario-helicopters

Re: Vario-helicopters
I have both the Skyfox and the Benzin trainer and wouldn't look back.
German engineering speaks volumes and this is certainly evident in the
products Vario produce. Ok you pay a little more than normal but the spares
/ quality make up for the difference in cost.
As far as scale bodies go Vario are very good but if I had the choice I'd go
for the Scalehouse Bell 212 (which I'm currently building), but alas Gerry
Hicks isn't producing at the moment.
John White (St. Helens), should be able to get you a catalogue (spelt
correctly, before the American guys ask), phone him and I'm sure he'll get
you one from Germany direct, if not try www.variousa.com, these guys are
very helpful.
If Gerry does look in, I know he visits Runryder, please let us know when
you'll be back up and running again,
